Affiliates portal
Enrolled affiliates get their own portal, separate from your workspace. They sign in with their email and a one-time code sent to it. No passwords, nothing for you to manage.
Referral tracking
Section titled “Referral tracking”The portal shows an affiliate their tracked link per program, the customers they referred, the revenue those customers generated, and the commissions earned on it, with status on each.
Viewing payouts
Section titled “Viewing payouts”The payouts section lists everything they’ve been paid and what is accruing toward the next payout, including the minimum payout threshold so expectations are clear.
Requesting a payout
Section titled “Requesting a payout”Once their unpaid balance is above the threshold, an affiliate can request a payout from the portal. The payout is marked requested on your side so you know who is waiting.
Receiving a payout
Section titled “Receiving a payout”Affiliates set their payout email on their profile. You settle payouts through PayPal to that address, or any manual method you agree on (bank transfer, check), and mark them paid; the portal reflects the payment.
Access
Section titled “Access”Portal access can be disabled per program. Affiliates only ever see their own data, scoped to the programs they are enrolled in.
