Migrate your affiliates

Moving from another affiliate platform doesn’t mean starting over. You can bring across your affiliates, their historical referrals, and their payment history so nobody loses their track record.

What migrates

Three kinds of data, imported in this order:

1. Affiliates: email, name, payout email, and the referral handle they already use, so existing links keep working.
2. Referrals: which customers each affiliate referred and when, so attribution history and future commissions line up.
3. Payments: what each affiliate has already been paid, so balances and payout numbering carry on from where the old system stopped.

Importing

Export CSVs from your current platform and import them from the Affiliates tab, one data type at a time. Match your columns to the expected fields, review the preview, and confirm. Rows that can’t be matched (for example a referral whose customer isn’t in your workspace) are reported instead of silently dropped.

After migrating

• Point your marketing site’s tracking at Partner Console by installing the tracking script.
• Spot-check a few affiliates: handle, referral count, and paid-to-date should match the old system.
• Tell your affiliates about the new portal and have them sign in with their email.
